KGS Group

KGS Group has expanded their offices into the main floor former Librestream space at 895 Waverley St.
The renovation consisted of a full interior tenant fit-up. This includes all-new office space comprised of both open concept workspaces and full DIRTT glass office systems. There is a beautiful new kitchen, staff room, staff lounge along with a wellness room.

Upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems were integrated including all new LED lighting and individual office temperature controls. A sound masking system and acoustic ceiling treatments were incorporated to improve the overall acoustic quality in the space.
