PAYWORKS NEW HEAD OFFICE BUILDING

Akman Construction is currently building the new Head Office Building for Payworks Inc. The new four-storey, 93,000 square foot facility is on track to be completed in Spring of 2024. The building consists of a pre-cast concrete structure and Architectural finishes which will be a great addition to the Fort Garry Landscape on its vast four-acre lot.

The New Office Building has been designed by MMP Architects to accommodate the continued growth of the Payworks organization and includes future consideration for both building and parking lot expansions. The current plan includes a separate two-level pre-cast parkade structure for approximately 200 vehicles in addition to the surface lot.

Proudly, we have been working with Payworks for many years as their Construction Manager. Being engaged early in the design process of this project has allowed us to partner with key trades and offer design and costing input in line with Payworks values. This can be seen in some of the unique aspects of the building including a large fitness area, golf simulator; as well as exterior landscaping which will include an employee patio area, natural plantings and three ponds on site.
