| The Simkin Center is the personal care home for the Jewish community in Winnipeg. The home consolidated two similar facilities to improve efficiencies for better resident daily care. A unique feature of the recently completed 200-bed centre is a new kosher kitchen adjacent to well designed eating and recreation areas. | The home has a very residential feel with wood details throughout, fireside lounges, bay windows in all resident rooms, and a host of outdoor garden spaces. | ||
